"It makes a brief, but important, role in the film. After the blow up at the Llanerch, the scene in front of the old Landsdowne Theater is where the relationship between Pat and Tiffany starts to take shape -- even after she nearly gets him arrested. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987 and efforts have been underway to save the theater and re-establish it as a place for entertainment once again."
